Sanwo Olu Administration Signs Historic MOU For Lekki Epe International Airport Development

Lagos State Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Summa Group to construct the long-awaited Lekki-Epe International Airport on Saturday.

In a statement on his X handle on Saturday, state governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu emphasized that the airport is a vital component of his administration’s vision to enhance connectivity in the state. He also highlighted its role in stimulating economic growth and attracting global investments.

We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the internationally acclaimed construction company, Summa Group, to develop and construct the long-awaited Lekki-Epe International Airport.

“This groundbreaking initiative is an essential part of our vision to improve connectivity in Lagos, stimulate economic growth, and draw in global investments.

“The Lekki-Epe International Airport will facilitate travel and create new opportunities for businesses and residents throughout the state. Lagos leads, always.”
