On Tuesday, 2Baba addressed the circulating rumours in an Instagram video post with the caption, “To Whom It May kwansighn. #I don’t tell my truth. Feel free to continue alleging. We shall all be alright.” In the video, he denied any involvement of lawmaker Natasha Osawaru in his separation from Annie.
He confessed, “Allegedly, I have been seeing so many things, so many people coming up with their own false narratives and malicious nonsense after I posted that stuff that I posted. Yes, I posted what I posted.
“Hon. Natasha has been dragged. She has been called all sorts of names, and she has been labelled as a homebreaker.
“She is a young, brilliant, amazing woman, and she had nothing to do with what is happening between me and Annie in our marriage.”
He continued, “Yes I love her, she is amazing, she is cool, I want to marry her.”
By Wednesday morning, Natasha’s name had quickly become the top trending topic on X, as social media erupted with widespread reactions.

Natasha Irobosa Osawaru, widely known as “Honourable Natasha,” is a prominent politician serving as a member of the Edo State House of Assembly for the Egor Constituency under the Peoples Democratic Party.
She is a native of Egor local government, Edo state. Born on November 14, 1993, and would turn 32 in November 2025, Natasha Irobosa Osawaru holds a law degree from Igbinedion University and a Master’s degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Parsons School of Design in New York, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Elected in April 2023, she represents the Egor Local Government Area of Edo State.
Natasha Osawaru is the granddaughter of the Esama of Benin and billionaire philanthropist, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion.
Natasha’s father, Mr Desmond Osawaru, a businessman from Egor in Edo state, got married to her mother, Mrs Philomina, who is the daughter of the Esama of Benin. The young politician has four siblings, two brothers, and two sisters named Desphil, Dimitris, Giovana, and Dum.
Currently serving as the Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State House of Assembly, Natasha has been a staunch advocate for youth and women’s development.
